The result of the first appeal of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito was nullified by the Supreme Court of Cassation in March 2013. Their appeal was reheard in a Florence court presided over by Judge Nencini. In accordance with Italian law, he produced a "sentencing report" or "motivations report", detailing the court's rationale for its decisions.

The report is available in the original Italian language here. The Italian version is also available in searchable pdf format here and the English translation in epub format here.

A translation was prepared by unpaid volunteers from PerugiaMurderFile.org to promote a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding the death of Meredith Kercher and the case against Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito in the English-speaking world.
